More About Visualisations

Visualisation, or guided meditation, feels a bit like daydreaming.

It’s simple and safe and you can stop at any time if you need to. It's best if you can close your eyes, so you can concentrate but you don't need to if you prefer not to.

The track lasts around ten minutes.

Before you start, make sure

  • you are somewhere you won’t be disturbed
  • you are warm enough
  • you don’t feel hungry or thirsty (this may distract you)
  • your sound is turned up loud enough!
There are 12 seconds at the start of the track for you to settle down and get comfortable. You can sit or lie down.
